Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
• Must be certified CSCS or SCCC and maintain BLS/CPR.
• At least 3 years designing strength and conditioning programs for tactical populations or athletes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army H2F standards, doctrine, and regulations.
• Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to synchronize domain programming.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to align HPT efforts with the YTC calendar.
• Communicate clearly with unit leadership, the COR, and stakeholders.
• Deliver education materials on schedule and maintain credentialing as required.
