Job summary

ASR International Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to provide technical engineering support for construction management activities, including quality assurance, submittal review, and technical coordination on USACE projects within the Northwestern Division.

The role involves performing QA inspections, reviewing submittals and RFIs, assisting with IGEs and change orders, and coordinating with Resident Engineers and discipline specialists to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience (ten (10) years for senior-level positions).
• Familiarity with USACE quality management (ER 1180-1-6) and RMS.
• Ability to work effectively in a federal construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA inspections and document findings in RMS/CMP.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and technical documents.
• Support preparation of IGEs, change order documentation, and technical analyses.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers and specialty disciplines.
