Job summary

ASR International Corporation is seeking a Construction Control Representative (CCR) or Senior CCR to supervise construction surveillance, deliver findings to the COR, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. The role involves preparing surveillance reports on workmanship, materials, and methods, and supporting draft modifications, IGEs, POMs, and PNMs.

A strong background in specialized skills (NFPA 101, NFPA 70, HVAC/TAB, ICD 705, Concrete) is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience for the Construction Control Representative role plus one specialized skill.
• Ten years of experience for Senior Construction Control Representative role plus one specialized skill.
• Experience with USACE construction surveillance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on workmanship, materials, and methods.
• Support preparation of draft modifications, IGEs, POMs, and PNMs.
• Provide technical findings on REAs and claims.
• Demonstrate experience in one or more specialized skills (e.g., NFPA 101, NFPA 70, HVAC/TAB, ICD 705, Concrete).
