Job summary

ASR International Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to provide technical engineering support for construction management activities on USACE projects within the Northwestern Division.

You will perform QA inspections, review submittals and technical documents, and coordinate with Resident Engineers and discipline teams to ensure quality and compliance. This role requires a civil/engineering degree and several years of relevant experience in federal construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience (ten years for senior level).
• Familiarity with USACE quality management (ER 1180-1-6) and RMS.
• Ability to work effectively in a federal construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA inspections and document findings in RMS/CMP
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and technical documents
• Support preparation of IGEs, change order documentation, and technical analyses
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers and specialty disciplines
