Job summary

Clark Construction Enterprises, LLC seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) for a USACE construction project in Algiers, LA. The QCM will lead the contractor’s QC program, enforce contract quality requirements, and manage documentation and reporting across the project.

Candidates must hold a USACE CQMC/CQCM certificate and have prior QCM experience on USACE projects, with at least 3 years of QC experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Control Manager on USACE construction projects.
• Current USACE CQMC/CQCM certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years of QC experience on federal or USACE projects.
• Strong knowledge of USACE QC procedures and requirements.
• Experience administering the Three-Phase Control process.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and submittals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with government representatives, project team, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project QC program and QC organization.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Manage Three-Phase Control process.
• Perform/docket inspections, prepare DQCRs.
• Review plans, specs, submittals for quality issues.
• Coordinate QC activities with PM, superintendent, USACE, and subs.
• Ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Close out QC defects and support commissioning.
