Job summary

Emerson Construction seeks an experienced Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager to support USACE projects. The role oversees the Contractor Quality Control program to ensure work meets contract requirements, specs, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include implementing the CQC plan, conducting inspections, coordinating with project teams and USACE QA, and maintaining RMS/QCS documentation to drive non-conformity resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with QC on federal projects or equivalent.
• Must hold USACE CQM for Contractors certification.
• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction experience with QC on federal or Construction Management Degree
• USACE CQM for Contractors certification (required)
• Experience with RMS/QCS
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1
• OSHA 30 certification
