3M in Maplewood, MN is seeking an Area Portfolio Manager for the Coated Abrasives portfolio in the USAC region. You will manage product lifecycle, pricing, NPI, and marketing programs, driving portfolio growth through customer insights and strategic execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, craft pricing/positioning strategies, and ensure financial performance. On-site role with travel up to 25%, relocation not authorized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of combined experience marketing or sales in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed: MBA or equivalent.
• Five (5) or more years of marketing and/or sales experience in abrasives and/or industrial markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead VOC/VOM efforts to identify opportunities based on customer insights to drive growth through enhanced positioning, new product introduction, and marketing programs.
• Develop and implement pricing and positioning strategies and tactics in line with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the portfolio and ASD’s business.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust actions based on market and customer insights.
