Position Summary: As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do:

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources; mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; utilize Point of Sale systems, phones, and in-person selling techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and enhance engagement; operate handheld technology for business decisions; adapt to new tools and promote their use.
4. Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage inventory, safety standards, and compliance; report safety hazards and product issues; process transactions; assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; develop and inspire team members; value member experience and model respectful, supportive behavior.
6. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans; and uphold the Open Door Policy.
7. Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and colleagues; prioritize tasks; communicate progress; identify improvements; learn from feedback and change.
