Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, and POS systems. Use this knowledge to enhance service quality.
- Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions related to safety alerts, product information, and training. Encourage team adoption of new tools.
- Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies. Manage returns, orders, and transactions. Maintain inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance. Assist members with purchasing and resolve issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, develop and inspire team members, and foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment. Comply with company policies and support continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to successfully complete required trainings and assessments

- Experience in auto service or retail industry
