Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. Your goal is to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the member's expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians; develop interpersonal skills for excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; utilize Point of Sale systems and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and engage with associates; adapt to new technology and promote its use.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage inventory, safety, and compliance; process transactions; assist members with purchasing and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and support a respectful, team-oriented environment.
