Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; utilize POS systems, phone, and in-person sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, enhance service, and increase engagement; operate handheld technology for business decisions, safety alerts, and training; adapt to new tools and promote their use.
• Be an Owner: Communicate equipment, tool, and supply needs; track returns and special orders; handle transactions; maintain inventory, safety, and compliance; report issues; complete documentation; assist members with purchasing and resolve concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; develop and inspire team members; embody the brand and foster a respectful, supportive environment.
• Follow company policies, uphold ethics, and utilize the Open Door Policy; execute business processes effectively.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with stakeholders, and seeking continuous improvement.
