Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, POS systems, and selling techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement, utilizing handheld technology to make immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies needs, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, ensure safety and compliance, report hazards, complete documentation, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, create a respectful team environment, and support a culture of belonging and growth.
