Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department and deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, and resources; mentor new technicians; and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and engage with associates; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and promote their use.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment and supplies; operate cash registers; maintain inventory and safety standards; report hazards and issues; complete documentation; assist members with purchasing; and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service; develop and inspire team members; model respectful and supportive work styles.
