Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate to fulfill sales and service requests; educate and mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specs, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, drive sales, and improve service, encouraging others to adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, inventory, transactions, and safety standards; assist members with purchasing decisions; report issues and complete documentation.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and model respectful, supportive teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications
