Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. Collaborating with team members, you will ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate to fulfill sales and service requests, educate colleagues on tools and tasks, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe, efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specs, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to enhance sales, service, and training, adapting to new tools and encouraging their use.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, transactions, and safety standards; assist members with purchases and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and model respectful, team-oriented behavior.
