Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe, efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operations, and sales techniques, including POS systems and product knowledge.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory, operate cash registers, process transactions, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.
