Position Summary...

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with team members to meet the club's expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with colleagues to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians, fostering safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment, TPMS, product specs, seasonality, POS systems, and selling techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make immediate decisions related to safety, product info, and training, encouraging team use of new technologies.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, supplies, and inventory, process transactions, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment. Comply with company policies and ethical standards.
