Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. Collaborating with team members, you will ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment operation, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; utilize POS systems, phones, and sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, enhance service, and boost engagement; operate handheld technology for business decisions, safety alerts, product info, and training; adapt to new tools and promote their use.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage returns and orders; operate cash registers; maintain inventory and safety standards; report issues; complete documentation; assist members with purchases and resolve concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand by valuing member experience, modeling quality service, inspiring others, and assisting in training.
