Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and tasks, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills, provide customer service, and manage inventory and shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of meat types, seasonality, equipment, and backroom operations. Process meat according to specifications, ensure food safety and sanitation, and operate equipment.

Compensation

Hourly wage range: $20.00 to $27.00, with potential premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
