Position Summary...

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills for customer service, be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations; process meat according to specifications; ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards; operate and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for business decisions; adapt to and promote new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain a clean work area, ensure product quality, reduce waste, secure fragile merchandise, assist members, and ensure proper packaging and storage.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, provide high-quality service and products, interact with associates to resolve roadblocks, and assist in training.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics; implement action plans; communicate effectively; identify improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
