Position Summary

As Senior Manager, Software Engineering in Global Tech, you will lead a team of 8+ engineers focused on Finance Technology and Engineering. Your responsibilities include delivering core capabilities across Accounts Payable Systems, with a focus on building new platform capabilities for Insights and Analytics.

1. Build, develop, and guide high-performing talent for the Finance Systems engineering team.
2. Engage with the team technically, involved in design, architecture, and hands-on coding if required.
3. Define long-term talent development and support strategies across technology roles.
4. Collaborate with global leadership to set strategies and priorities for platform maintenance.
5. Own and support delivery for all applications under your responsibility.
6. Foster a collaborative environment across geographies to deliver excellent service.
7. Support company policies, mission, values, and ethics.
8. Mentor and develop associates reporting to you.

What you'll bring

• Proficiency in Python, BigQuery, SQL/MySQL, GraphQL APIs, Azure & GCP Cloud Services, Jenkins, GitHub, Docker/Kubernetes, Spark, Unix Scripting, Event-driven design, Messaging Technologies, SonarQube.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field + 5 years' experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering.
Plus 2 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field + 3 years' experience, or experience creating accessible digital experiences following WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $110,000 - $220,000 annually, with performance bonuses and additional compensation such as stock options.
