Job description

Position Summary...

As the Associate Creative Director reporting to the Creative Director, Fashion, you’ll be responsible for leading the creative ideation and execution of seasonal fashion initiatives and campaigns. You’ll develop innovative, insight-driven concepts, set the standard for modern, relevant, and aspirational fashion campaigns, and oversee consistent graphic design application in post-production. The ideal candidate combines leadership skills with hands-on creative expertise, with experience in both in-house and agency settings, and a talent for visual storytelling, organization, agility, and precision.

What you'll do...
  • Best-in-Class Work: Develop strategic ideas that enhance KPIs around brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty, responding effectively to creative briefs.
  • Campaign Leadership: Lead the ideation, design, and execution of seasonal fashion campaigns, managing a team responsible for creating modern, on-brand visual content, scripting, and collaborating with production teams for casting, location, and other sub-workstreams. Attend shoots, oversee post-production, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform creative decisions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials maintain consistent branding across the consumer funnel.
  • Team Development: Mentor and grow the creative team, fostering an environment of enthusiasm and excellence.
  • Client Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with internal teams such as marketing, fashion, and editorial to support and grow the business.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 360-degree creative projects at various levels.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, and Slack.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative role, with a preference for candidates with both agency and in-house experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Reporting:
  • Reports to the Director, Creative (Fashion).
  • Manages Senior Art Directors, Art Directors, Senior Designers, and Designers.
