The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Creative Director with integrated campaign experience to lead creative vision across a variety of clients: including but not limited to gaming, entertainment, technology, and beyond. Based in Los Angeles, you’ll bring big, conceptual thinking to every brief, ideating from loose pitches and turning them into innovative, fully integrated campaigns that span digital, social, experiential, and traditional media. You’ll work closely with design, strategy, and production teams to deliver best-in-class creative that excites and resonates with diverse audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative direction for 360 campaigns, bringing big, conceptual thinking to briefs and transforming them into engaging, integrated experiences
  • Concept Development: Ideate and pitch innovative ideas from loose or evolving pitches, crafting concepts that push boundaries and captivate audiences
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, writers, strategists, and production teams to bring creative ideas to life across multiple channels and platforms
  • Client Engagement: Act as a strategic and creative partner to senior-level clients, advocating for bold ideas while aligning with their business objectives
  • Cross-Platform Storytelling: Develop and oversee creative that lives across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels—tailoring concepts to each platform
  • Mentorship: Inspire and mentor creative teams to produce exceptional, on-brand work that meets the highest standards of craft and innovation
  • Trendspotting: Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and cultural shifts to keep creative fresh and relevant


What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, including 5+ years in a Creative Director capacity, ideally in an integrated agency environment
  • Proven experience developing and leading 360 campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media
  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop big ideas from loose briefs and pitches
  • Exceptional design and art direction skills, with a portfolio showcasing bold, innovative, and highly crafted work
  • Excellent client presentation and communication skills, with experience building relationships with senior clients
  • Ability to inspire and lead creative teams, fostering collaboration and creative excellence
  • Curiosity and passion for working across industries: including gaming, entertainment, tech, and beyond
  • Strategic mindset that balances creative vision with business objectives
