Job description

As an Art Director reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will support the creative ideation and execution of seasonal fashion campaigns. Your role includes contributing insight-driven concepts, maintaining high standards for fashion photo and video shoots, and ensuring graphic design consistency in post-production. This position requires a blend of creative expertise, visual storytelling, organizational skills, and industry trend awareness.

What you'll do:

  • Support Best-in-Class Work: Contribute strategic ideas to enhance brand KPIs, ensuring alignment with creative objectives.
  • Fashion Campaigns & Initiatives: Collaborate on design, scripting, and production elements, participate in shoots, and support post-production to deliver cohesive assets.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry trends and consumer preferences to guide creative decisions.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards across the customer journey.
  • Client Satisfaction: Build relationships with cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an art director or similar role in fashion retail.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative projects.
  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong collaboration and time management skills.
  • Understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Office 365, Slack.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a creative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.

Reporting: Reports to the Associate Creative Director, Fashion.
