Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. Your responsibilities include supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel as part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading Others: Motivate your team to meet project deadlines and foster collaboration. Resolve concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Project Ownership: Manage project execution in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles, and minimize operational impact.
• Develop Associates: Provide supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities, listen to team ideas, and identify career growth paths.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

Shift & Travel

Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, often 17-21 days at a time, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with performance bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and additional perks such as educational assistance through Live Better U.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience without a degree. Must attend and pass all required training.
