Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. This role involves supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store associates to keep projects on track. Travel is a key aspect of this position.

Salary and Qualifications

Annual salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience without a degree. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, leadership experience, and project management certification.
