Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel as part of the job responsibilities.

Shift and Travel

Primarily working overnight shifts, averaging 10-12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, with 80% of the time away, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel areas depend on project workload and will vary. Mileage is reimbursed, and overnight stays are paid. Travel time is unpaid.

Compensation and Benefits

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience OR 3 years of relevant experience in project management, store design, or operations. All associates must complete required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• One year of leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
