Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel, which is a key aspect of the job.

Shift and Travel

Primarily overnight shifts, averaging 10-12 hours. Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, with 80% of the time away (17-21 days at a stretch). Travel areas vary based on project needs. Mileage is reimbursed, and overnight stays are paid. Travel time is unpaid.

Compensation and Benefits

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience. Must attend and complete all required training.
