A leading company seeks a Realty Project Coach to oversee store remodels, ensuring completion within budget and quality standards. As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel as required.
Shift: Primarily overnight, 10-12 hour shifts.
Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, 80% of the time, for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel areas vary based on project needs.
Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, store design, or operations. Attendance at required training is mandatory.
