Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Completes Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing stock issues.

Fulfills work assignments by utilizing policies and resources, collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changes.

Provides Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity, embracing diversity, building trust, and acting with integrity.

Delivers results by prioritizing customer needs, making informed decisions, and considering long-term impacts.

Strives for excellence by learning continuously, supporting change, and supporting team growth.
