Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintain safety standards by following all safety procedures, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift operation, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Fulfill Member orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members; prioritizing tasks; and communicating progress.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability.
• Act with integrity, acting humbly, honestly, and transparently, supporting Walmart's values and sustainability goals.
• Deliver results by making customer-first decisions, considering team impacts, and balancing priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement by learning, adopting new technologies, and supporting change.
