Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. Participates in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Ensures facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills 'Fax 'n Pull' and 'Click 'n Pull' orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and seeking continuous improvement. Communicates progress and adapts to feedback and change.

Provides excellent member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products. Complies with company policies and ethical standards.
