Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance on member service, ensuring compliance, supporting recruitment, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, correcting unsafe situations.
• Support ecommerce operations like Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, including auditing feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends.
• Supervise associates supporting ecommerce, ensuring proper training, duties, and coverage.
• Execute Club Pickup processes, update operations, audit orders, maintain equipment, evaluate performance, and develop metrics.
• Support projects to improve efficiency, model picking/loading, evaluate programs, and communicate improvements.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with technology, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, handle claims/returns, organize displays, secure fragile goods, and oversee order staging.
• Develop and implement processes, analyze information, monitor progress, and improve operations.
• Promote compliance with policies and standards, explain and demonstrate ethics, and support management in addressing issues.
• Lead and participate in teams, coordinate work, provide feedback, and model adaptability and change management.
