Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities & Requirements

Schedule: Work Shift Description: 0500-1700 SA SU FR 0L. Various schedules may be available and details will be discussed during the interview process.

What you'll do: Supports facility security staff, monitors access control equipment, and maintains security protocols. Ensures employee health and safety by conducting audits, supporting OSHA guidelines, and managing emergency response procedures. Collaborates with stakeholders, analyzes data, supports training initiatives, and promotes environmental and operational excellence. Adheres to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards.

Minimum qualifications: 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year of coursework or work experience in criminal justice, loss prevention, safety, compliance, or security-related fields.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related fields.
