Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities; communicating progress; and seeking improvements and learning from change.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans, applying the Open Door Policy, and adhering to business practices.
- Respects individuals by embracing diversity, creating an inclusive workplace, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting all associates to thrive and perform.

Compensation
The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
