Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members; identifying priorities; and communicating progress.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, embracing diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting team development.
7. Acts with integrity, maintains high standards, and supports Walmart's values and culture.
8. Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
9. Supports continuous improvement, adopts new technologies, and supports change.
