A leading retail company is seeking a dedicated associate to assist management in supervising staff and enhancing member service. The role involves training, compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing financial documentation. Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, providing guidance on member service techniques, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Supports membership by providing information on types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships and upgrades, encouraging renewals, participating in sales and marketing events, maintaining documentation, meeting membership goals, and promoting products and services.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, supporting self-service technology, handling transactions, and filling pick-up orders.
Oversees assigned areas including handling claims and returns, organizing merchandise, managing shrink and damages, maintaining carts, assisting with transportation, and ensuring cleanliness.
Completes financial documentation following procedures, manages funds, prepares deposits, investigates cash discrepancies, and maintains confidentiality of financial and personal data.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration, analysis, and monitoring, and identifies improvement opportunities.
Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics by guiding staff, implementing action plans, and addressing issues.
Leads and participates in teams, using resources effectively, prioritizing customer needs, coordinating work, providing feedback, and adapting to change.

The hourly wage range is $21.00 to $29.00, with potential additional incentives.
At least 6 months of retail experience including front-end equipment operation and customer service, and be 18 years or older.
Experience leading a front-end team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload.
