Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales, digital marketing, or digital advertising through full-time roles, internships, or relevant coursework.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English to interact effectively in this customer-facing sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with Google Ads, managing advertising, and media campaigns.
  • Ability to work towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client service, relationship-building, organizational, investigative, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Due to business needs, we are prioritizing candidates available to start in July 2025.

Building trusted relationships, uncovering business needs, and translating them into powerful solutions will be key.

You will be part of the Google Americas Sales Associate Program, which develops Sales Associates through product and business training and executive exposure. You will rotate across different Google advertising Sales teams, serving as media account managers for short-term assignments, with the potential to transition into permanent roles post-program.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners to leading brands and agencies, helping them navigate industry shifts and drive performance by selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions. As part of this team, you will sell at the forefront of technology, collaborate with executives, influence market strategies, and make a significant impact on global businesses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000-$101,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay considers skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share specific salary details during hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts within the sales team.
  • Develop and deliver solutions to meet customer business objectives and drive growth for Google.
  • Partner with customers to build and maintain relationships, helping to grow customer portfolios.
  • Provide campaign updates, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver training on Google tools.
  • Travel up to 20% to work with clients or teams.
