Position Summary:
This role provides member service and support within a Sam's Club facility, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment while maintaining compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service, including acknowledging members, verifying membership cards, and identifying member needs.
• Maintain the checkout area and ensure proper handling of merchandise, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services, assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Guide and support members regarding self‑service technology, including operating front‑end equipment and mobile retail applications.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow company safety standards, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, review member receipts, and safeguard Sam's Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and other required paperwork, and execute emergency response procedures.
• Assist with the training of Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, and tool functionality.
• Ensure area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies by properly handling returns, zones, and organizing merchandise.
• Identify shrink and damages and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments and prioritize tasks.
