Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
• Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety, and implement operational improvements.

• Oversee maintenance department operations, ensuring equipment maintenance and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor financials, track expenses, and analyze reports within the area of responsibility.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$156,000.00, with additional bonuses and possible location-based pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and 1 year experience in industrial maintenance supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workload, and participating in hiring and promotions, OR Associate's Degree or technical certification in a related field with 3 years supervisory experience, OR 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics Maintenance Area Manager, OR 3 years supervisory experience in a maintenance/industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in facility maintenance, financial modeling, managing challenging workforce issues, material handling equipment, budgeting, P&L accountability, project management, supervising associates, and relevant degrees in business, finance, logistics, management, or operations.
