Position Summary

What you'll do... Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Tour stores and provide feedback, communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduce and lead company change efforts, provide clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions, and communicate business objectives to teams effectively. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, develop and implement action plans to improve service quality, and lead process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, support company values, and foster a culture of belonging and integrity. Build high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace. Make decisions based on data, drive continuous improvement, and support change management.
