Manages and supports customer service initiatives, including store community and outreach programs, ensuring customer needs and issues are resolved. Develops and implements action plans to address deficiencies and leads process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.

2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. For firearm sales, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training are required. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
