Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Tours stores and provides feedback, communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, and ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and leads process improvements to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating PL (Profit & Loss) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and monitoring inventory flow and operational processes. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, while promoting a culture of belonging and inclusivity. Ensures compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and supports the company mission through the implementation of related action plans. Builds high-performing teams by embracing diversity, creating a supportive workplace culture, and attracting and retaining talent. Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, and supports Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company through positive community impact. Delivers results by focusing on customer needs, utilizing data insights, and balancing short- and long-term priorities. The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46, with additional compensation based on performance and location.
