Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Lead and develop teams through training, active listening, and providing feedback.
2. Communicate and collaborate with associates on store operations, utilizing technology, merchandising, and company initiatives.
3. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, support customer service initiatives, and develop action plans for improvement.
4. Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
5. Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions.
6. Ensure compliance with policies, support company values, and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
7. Build strong relationships, motivate teams, and attract and retain talent.
8. Deliver results focused on customer satisfaction, using data insights, and embracing continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay zones.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of relevant background checks and trainings.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related certifications, experience supervising 5+ direct reports, and leadership in performance management, mentoring, and hiring.
