Position Summary...

This role involves leading and developing teams by teaching, training, actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. Responsibilities include communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. The role also requires introducing and leading change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance, and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Managing customer service initiatives, resolving customer issues, developing action plans for improvement, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience are essential. The position also focuses on driving financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow. Supervising and developing associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions is vital, along with maintaining compliance with company policies and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity. The role emphasizes acting with integrity, serving customers, striving for excellence, and supporting community and environmental initiatives. The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus additional compensation based on performance and location.
