Job description

Position Summary...

What you'll do...
  1. Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
  2. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  3. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively.
  4. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
  5. Manages and supports customer service initiatives, such as store community and outreach programs, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved.
  6. Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  7. Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL (Profit & Loss) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and monitoring operational processes.
  8. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, while setting clear expectations and recognizing contributions.
  9. Ensures compliance with company policies, supporting the mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and implements related action plans.
  10. Builds high-performing teams, embracing diversity and creating a workplace of belonging, where associates feel supported and connected.
  11. Acts with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics, modeling company values, and supporting a culture of accountability and transparency.
  12. Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making data-driven decisions and balancing short and long-term priorities.
  13. Encourages continuous learning, adopts new technologies, and supports others through change.

The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus applicable differential, with additional bonuses and potential regional pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail and supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience with supervisory experience. Additional requirements include completion of job-specific trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, or certifications in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising multiple direct reports with performance management responsibilities.
