Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, operate and sanitize equipment, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, reduce waste, and prepare for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support training, and inspire team members.
