Job description

Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicates effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintains flexibility to meet business needs, manages stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follows recipes and measurements, and works with various decorating tools. Ensures adherence to food safety standards, sanitation, and inventory management.
3. Be a Techie: Utilizes digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, uses handheld technology for decision-making related to production, merchandise, and training, and encourages others to adopt new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drives bakery performance, ensures quality and date control, prepares for seasonal events, assists members with purchasing decisions, and resolves member issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, interacts positively with associates, and supports training and development.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, completing work efficiently, respecting diversity, acting with integrity, delivering excellent customer service, striving for continuous improvement, and contributing to a positive team environment.
