Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions and encouraging its use.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, manage inventory, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support training, and inspire team members.

The hourly wage is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums depending on circumstances. Minimum qualifications include 6 months' experience in a fresh production area, being 18 or older, and completing required training.
