Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for decision-making and encourage its use.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date standards, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist with purchasing, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, support training, and inspire team members.
6. Follow company policies, uphold ethics, and implement action plans accordingly.
7. Complete work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and seeking continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications...
